Mold and Fungi Analysis

CAPABILITIES: : Spore Trap, Tape Lift, Bulk, Culture, Swab

APEX Research is able to analyze mold from the following media: tape, bulk, spore trap, culture and swabs. The purpose of direct sampling is to determine if mold is present and if it is growing on the given substrate. Once this is determined, the mold can be identified and reported accordingly. APEX is proficient with different methods of sport trap sampling using BioSIS Impactor, Zefon Air-O-Cell, or instruments such as Allegenco MK-3 or Burkard. APEX is currently participating in the AIHA EMPAT Proficiency Rounds.
